How much do you charge?

Will you do an initial consultation for free?
Yes, we will come to you to discuss what service you need and proved you with a quote that meets your requirements.
Will I be tied into a long contract?
We offer a variety of contract lengths that are best suited for you, please contact us for further information.
What if I need to cancel or change a cleaning slot?
Give us a call and we can rearrange the slots for you. Contracted clients have the right to terminate as per their individual contract. One-off scheduled cleaning may be cancelled free of charge by giving at least 24 hours advanced written notice. Work to be cancelled for Monday must be cancelled the previous Friday. Customer agrees to pay 50% of the full price of a cleaning visit if the customer cancels less than 24 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment. All cancellations to be given in writing.
Do you provide cleaners for any time?
Tell us what you need, we will provide it for you!
What if my cleaner is on holiday or sick?
We will always have back up cleaners available to cover your demands. We pride ourselves on not letting down our customers.
Can I have an evening or weekend clean?
Of course, we proved cleaners for all of your needs no matter the day or time.
Can I call you anytime?
You can call us on 01743 211854. Our office hours are between 8am – 6pm. Alternatively you can email us at any time.
Do you provide cleaning products and equipment?
We provide our cleaners with all the necessary equipment to deliver an excellent service for you. The cost of materials and equipment is inclusive to your package.
Do you provide uniform for cleaners?
All our cleaners will arrive to every shift in uniform and an ID badge provided by us. It is important to us staff are presentable no matter the setting they are cleaning in.
Are your staff insured?
Every member of the Brite Start team is fully insured.
What is your recruitment process for cleaners?
All applicants are reviewed thoroughly, currently due to COVID-19 interviews are completed virtually. We then follow up with a reference check from previous employers and an ID check. All new recruits are subject to a probationary period and provided with a full induction.
Are the staff DBS checked?
Every member of staff is required to undergo a standard or enhance DBS check and Risk assessment before they are deployed to clean.
Are the staff trained?
We provide a wide range of training to ensure our staff are fully equipped to do the best possible job whilst remaining in line with current Legal Requirements.
Are your staff COVID-19 safe?
Our staff have been given extra training to ensure they follow additional measures to guarantee a safe cleaning environment.

Diane Wilson
Director
Dianne is the founder and director of BriteStart FM. She has built the company up through hard work and dedication. She plays an integral role in every decision-making process and provides an approachable leadership style. Dianne is a talented networker and focuses on building strong relationships with clients.
Neil Wilson
Operations Director
Neil is the co-founder of the business. Neil has a uniformed services background and remains a point of contact regarding logistics. He is the operations lead.
Emily Barrett
Operations Manager
Emily is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. She is a highly experienced operations manager and Health and Safety specialist. Emily believes that investing in staff is an investment for the business.
Eleanor Lee
HR and Operations Coordinator
Eleanor ensures all HR processes are completed correctly and all employee data is stored confidentially. She is the social media co-ordinator and leads on the recruitment process.

Team Leader
Aga remains the first point of contact for our cleaners. She is a skilled leader who maintains a high level of precision and care. Aga has worked her way up the company, having been with us since day one!
